Service Description

The orí — literally “head” in Yorùbá — is the seat of personal destiny (ayànmọ̀), spiritual consciousness (orí inú), and inner alignment with the divine. In traditional practice, the orí is understood as the most important Òrìṣà a person will ever serve, for it governs the individual’s path in life and their ability to fulfill their destiny. Life often feels uncertain, confusing, or full of obstacles when the orí is out of balance, blocked, or weakened. Clarity, peace, and direction flow naturally when the orí is honored, fed, and aligned. Èborí, or the ritual “feeding of the head,” is a sacred ceremony performed to refresh, strengthen, and empower the orí. This rite is often prescribed by divination when a person needs realignment, stability, or renewal. It can be compared to pressing “reset” on one’s inner compass, clearing away confusion and reconnecting a person with their true path. During this session, we will guide you through a process of prayer, offerings, and ritual acts performed directly to your orí. The ceremony involves the use of natural items such as herbs, water, food, or other sacred elements, each carefully chosen for its spiritual properties. These items are offered and applied with prayer to strengthen your spiritual head and reconnect you with your higher self. While every Èborí is unique and tailored to the needs revealed through divination, the general benefits include: Clarity of mind and purpose — helping you make wise decisions and stay on course. Spiritual protection — guarding against confusion, negativity, and outside influences. Peace of heart — bringing calm where there is stress or inner conflict. Renewal of destiny — strengthening your alignment with the life path chosen before birth. This ritual is deeply restorative and is often recommended when someone feels “off balance,” overwhelmed, or spiritually blocked. It can also be performed at times of transition, before major decisions, or as part of regular spiritual maintenance. Èborí is performed with the highest respect for Yorùbá tradition, honoring both the orí and the sacred forces that guide it. Because the orí is the foundation of all spiritual progress, Èborí is one of the most essential rites a person can receive.
