Àdìmú are offerings of sacred foods prepared and presented to the Orisa. They are often simple but deeply meaningful, representing devotion, gratitude, and a request for blessing. Foods such as akara (bean cakes), ekuru (steamed bean pudding), or omi tútù (cool water) may be offered depending on the Orisa being honored. Though the ritual is brief, its impact is significant. Àdìmú strengthens the connection between devotee and Orisa, invites blessings, and helps open the way for future success.
