Cancellation Policy
By booking a consultation with Alaje Fadesiye, clients agree to the following terms: Appointments must be scheduled in advance via the booking platform or by emailing info@ileoro.org. Availability is limited and subject to change, so early booking is recommended. Full payment is required at the time of booking, with accepted methods provided during the process. Clients will receive confirmation with appointment details. Consultations may be rescheduled up to 1 hour in advance, subject to availability; changes after this may incur a fee. Cancellations must follow the policy provided at booking—late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited payment. No-shows without notice may incur a fee and forfeit payment, with a 10–15 minute grace period allowed. Late arrivals may shorten the session or lead to cancellation after the grace period. Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally; disruptive behavior may result in session termination without refund. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms before confirming an appointment.
