Cancellation Policy

Availability: Consultation slots are subject to availability and may vary based on Alaje Fadesiye's schedule. Clients are encouraged to book appointments well in advance to secure their preferred time slot. Confirmation: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email or notification confirming the date, time, and details of their consultation appointment. Payment: Payment for consultation services must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the booking process. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation appointment up to a specified period (1 hour) before the scheduled date and time, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply for changes made beyond the specified period. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, clients must provide advance notice according to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of payment or a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee and may forfeit their payment.
